ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 1982 and has built a strong reputation over the years with a close-knit team of three. I’ve spent my entire career in the insurance industry, including time as a claims adjuster, which has given me deep industry knowledge and a strong understanding of how to best serve our customers.

I’m a graduate of California State University, Sacramento, and outside of the office, I enjoy spending time on the water as a catamaran captain. I’m married with children, and family plays an important role in both my personal life and how I run the agency. We stay actively involved in the community through organizations like the Auburn Chamber of Commerce, the Downtown Business Association, and local volunteer efforts.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Frank Lewis - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
